- Billing data: billing contact and transaction details. Payment card information is processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

- Usage data: pages viewed, time on site, and links clicked, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).
Information from clients
When we provide services to a business client, we may access data the client provides to us (for example, website analytics, ad account data, or customer lists). We handle that data on the client's behalf and according to our agreement with that client.

If you provide your mobile number and opt in (for example, by checking an unchecked consent box on a web form or texting a keyword to us), you agree to receive text messages from Preferred Digital Solutions. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Types of messages. Depending on what you opted in to, messages may include:
- Service/account messages: appointment reminders and confirmations, quotes, project updates, and account notifications.
- Marketing messages: promotions, offers, and news about our services (sent only if you separately opted in to marketing messages).
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information and sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the information-sharing categories described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties. We may share mobile numbers only with the service providers that deliver our text messages on our behalf (such as our SMS platform and telecommunications carriers), and only for that purpose.

5. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers that help us run our business (for example, website hosting, CRM, email and SMS delivery, payment processing, analytics), who may use it only to perform services for us. This does not include SMS opt-in data or consent, which is handled as described in Section 4.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
- With your consent or at your direction.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, understand how visitors use it, and measure our marketing. We may use tools such as Google Analytics. Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
